Rrefrigerator did not work, but was fixed immediately, air conditioner had a leak.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Richmond area. In the heart of Richmond, the hotel was convenient to all attractions and shopping. Very safe. The suite was huge and well appointed.

This is an amazing place. It reminds me a lot of European style hotels. It has a lot of character, the suites are enormous, the bed very comfortable. This is the place we go to when we visit our daughter in college in Richmond. If she wants to stay with us, she can because there is a separate room with a pullout couch. This hotel actually exceeded my expectations.
This hotel did not provide a place to socialize after hours.

I loved the room & the suites. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.
The water took a while to get hot.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The valet parking for Richmond is very reasonable and the location was great! I would definitely stay there again, especially for the price.

The rooms were very nice.
We stayed 2 nights and the did not clean the room the 1st night just made beds.

I would stay at the hotel again. The room was very nice. The staff was slow but friendly. The elevators were slow and very small. I would rate the stay and 8.
